Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Master's of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology:

Required Licenses
[Tennessee, United States] Speech-language Pathologist Current Speech-language Pathology License in State of Tennessee:
